The Fontenay Abbey
offers a guided tour of its ancient buildings. The tour is included
in the entrance fee. It can be reserved for groups of more than 15
persons.
The gardens of the Fontenay Abbey
Discover the abbey’s
gardens by a guided tour : Realised by the English landscape
architect Peter Holmes, the Fontenay gardens allow to appreciate a
large variety of plants, flowers and trees on a surface of two
hectares.
The tour of the
Fontenay gardens is included in the entrance fee.
A reservation is
mandatory.
The Fontenay Abbey by candlelight
Each summer during
two nights, the Fontenay Abbey opens its doors from 9 pm to
midnight.
Walk in the abbey
and its gardens illuminated by candles and listen to an
exceptional concert of Gregorian chants.
Raised entrance fee.
